1. Who we are

PepperPage is operated by Revel World Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202230926M and a registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914.

2. The service

PepperPage is an interactive romance reading service. The public service is coming soon, so features, titles, availability, and access may change before launch. The current website provides information about the product and access to existing sign-in surfaces.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The interactive service is intended for people aged 18 or older because some stories may contain mature themes. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use PepperPage for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits;
• interfere with the service or other readers' access;
• scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute stories or service content;
• upload or submit content that violates another person's rights.

5. Stories and intellectual property

PepperPage, its software, artwork, stories, characters, branding, and other service content are owned by Revel World Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for private reading when it becomes available.

You retain any rights you already hold in words you submit. You give us permission to process those words only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the interactive service and to comply with law.

6. Purchases

The public pre-launch website does not currently offer a subscription or paid reader access. Before any purchase is available, PepperPage will show the applicable price, billing period, and purchase terms at checkout. Those specific terms will form part of these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue pre-launch content or features as we prepare the service. After launch, we may make reasonable changes to maintain security, improve the reading experience, or meet legal requirements.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Revel World Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the pre-launch website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service.
