1. Who is responsible for your data

Revel World Pte. Ltd. operates PepperPage and is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Our UEN is 202230926M and our registered address is 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914.

2. What we collect

There is no waitlist form on the public landing page and we do not use it to collect marketing sign-ups. Depending on how you use PepperPage, we may receive:

• contact information and message contents when you email support;
• account information if you register or sign in to the service;
• reading activity, choices, progress, saved preferences, and service interactions;
• transaction records when paid access becomes available, but not complete payment-card details handled by a payment provider;
• technical and security data such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, and diagnostic logs.

3. Why we use personal data

We use personal data where reasonably necessary to:

• provide accounts, reading progress, and interactive stories;
• respond to support and privacy requests;
• protect readers, investigate misuse, and secure the service;
• maintain, diagnose, and improve PepperPage;
• process transactions and keep required business records;
• comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.

4. When we share data

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, security, customer support, analytics, and payments. They may process personal data only to provide services to us and under appropriate contractual and security controls. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act applies, we take steps intended to ensure transferred data receives protection comparable to the protection required in Singapore.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business needs, or to meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed, or withdraw consent for future use. Withdrawal may affect features that require the relevant data.

8. Younger users

The interactive PepperPage service is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite children to create reader accounts. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data so we can review and take appropriate action.
